Flying Squirrel Sports, one of the largest trampoline park companies in the United States and Canada, ensures a seamless experience by mandating advance booking and payment for reservations. To boost local attendance at their parks, Flying Squirrel Sports utilizes Roller Software as their online booking and point of sale system, while also leveraging paid advertising on Meta and TikTok.

The Challenge at Hand

In preparation for a privacy-centric environment and a cookie-less future, Flying Squirrel Sports acknowledged the significance of implementing precise tracking mechanisms. Previously, Flying Squirrel Sports relied exclusively on the Meta web pixel for ad performance tracking. However, with the introduction of iOS 14.5 and its implications for tracking capabilities, the Meta web pixel demonstrated limitations in generating accurate ad conversion reports. 

In addition to web pixel reporting challenges, effectively targeting trampoline park customers necessitates a specialized approach due to the unique nature of their niche. Relying solely on the web pixel posed limitations for Flying Squirrel Sports in capturing and processing a broad spectrum of web and server events, hampering their ability to train the algorithm for precise targeting. To overcome the limitations of conversion reporting and enhance targeting accuracy, Flying Squirrel Sports enlisted the assistance of Adcoom to address these hurdles.

The Optimal Approach

Flying Squirrel Sports chose to collaborate with Adcoom based on our extensive expertise in deploying the TikTok Events API and Meta Conversion API. Our specialized knowledge in utilizing Zip Code targeting on TikTok further strengthens Flying Squirrel's competitive advantage in the local attractions sector. As a Roller Software partner, Adcoom seamlessly integrated all crucial server-side APIs, guaranteeing accurate and precise transmission of direct attributed conversion data across all Flying Squirrel Sports locations in the United States and Canada.

The Outcome

By leveraging the Conversions API, Flying Squirrel Sports witnessed significant enhancements in Meta's attribution. During the TikTok onboarding process, we promptly implemented the Events API, recognizing its advantages. These integrations not only provide Flying Squirrel with deeper insights into the effectiveness of their paid advertising but also yield remarkable improvements in overall sales performance. Excitingly, Flying Squirrel has upcoming plans to launch additional locations later this year in the United States and Canada, further reinforcing their growth trajectory.
